No response to my complaint

I had made a complaint on this forum on Feb 25th and I got no response from Airtel from this website. I did get a response on http://www.complaints-india.com My complaint ID number is 11469 and the direct link to the complaint is http://www.complaints-india.com/11469/comment.html but nothing has happened till now. I just received one phone call from airtel next day asking me what the problem was and they said they will fix it. No one has visited my place to check where the problem is and I have not received anything further from Airtel. This is really pethatic. I want to discontinue with the services and want my money back that I paid upfront for the new connection.
