Frequent Broadband Problem

I am user of 01145641845 with broadband connection. I am facing problems with frequent disconnections and after that I have to open any site (s) many times even when connected.

Airtel Customer Care No. 198 is of no use. Their executives are ALWAYS busy attending to other customers even at NIGHT.

I tried to complain at their PUSA ROAD office but they told me to go to their far off office as they take only mobile complaints.

Please assist me what to do?
