Bill getting generated after FnF and cancellation

I had been your customer for last 3 years and had not faced too much trouble. In December, I requested my services to be shifted to another location within Noida. You were unable to transfer the line because of unavailability of your services in that area (Sector-82, Kendriya Vihar). I asked to cancel my connection. Despite of that I have been receiving calls and regular bills. I understand that I had to pay the last used bill until Dec which i did last month and I have all the proofs with me. Your executive who called me Mr Kunal told me that I will receive a confirmation within few hours of FnF that my connection had been cancelled. But no intimation was received. Moreover this month again I have got the bill and your representatives are harrasing me by calling again and again. It is really a shameful thing for a company like yours. I use the mobile of your company but I think if this is the attitude that you guys have, trust me the market has much more to offer. No customer would need your pathetic customer service. If Ino actiuon is taken, I have to go to the consumer forum to get it sorted as I have all the proofs and reciepts of all my payments.
