Dear Sir,

I am a Airtel Broadband subscriber. My account number 13958747 and phone number is 45612789.

I made several calls to your customer care number since December for disconnecting my connection.

But till date my connection is not disconnected and you are adding bill month on month whereas I am not using it any more

Calls made

On calling airtel broadbandcall centre on 6 Dec call id 1303295.I was told that my rental is stopped and connection would be disconnected.

On calling airtel broadband call centre on13 Dec call id 173193032.I was told that I would get the full & final bill and someone will come to my house from airtel for further formalities on disconnecting.

On calling airtel broadband call centre on 06 Jan call id 177359526.I was told that my request of disconnecting is under process and I would not be billed further.

My grievance here is that neither till date my connection has not been disconnected nor my bill genration/rental has stopped.

Till date the same has compounded to Rs 3044.

Why should I pay for not using it since 6 Dec when I was assured that my rental has been stopped?

Please issue me bill til 6 Dec only
