Speed issues, cheating

I am writing this mail with a feeling of extreme dissatisfaction and I feel cheated for the kind of service provided by Airtel broadband.

I have a 4 MBPS connection (upgraded from 2 MBPS in Dec)

Today I checked my speed and it shows 0.5 MBPS. This means I have been paying 2000 rupees a month for a service that probably costs 500 Rupees.
