Airtel generating unnecessary bills

Hi sir,

My complain details are as follows :

I raised the request for transfering the line. Airtel guys told me that they will charge 300 for transfering . i told am not ok. Because this is only building change . when I called them again they told that they dont have enough capacity in that area. I told them to cancel the line for ever.

I went and took reliance data card but after 10 days they called me and told sir can you shift your connection to any one of your friend?

I gave the contact no of my friend . they came and shifted the line to my friend.

for that they charged me 850.00 RS .

this is quite travestry of customer right.
