Hi, My airtel Account # 15255063, I have a Unlimitted plan with Rs. 799.00, with all taxes. On Feb onwards the internet is not working properly, called the customer care they replied you have used your maximum limt of 10GB, so the connection will lost after this & you will not browse afterwords. So i asked them What is the meaning of " Unlimitted " & you should inform this to me before i brought a connection. but they did not reply properly and they billed me for Rs. 899 (full month bill with out any deductions) can you suggest me what can i do for this.
