If some 1 could help it pls be...
its been a week Ive ordered airtel for new connection, the guy from airtel told me it would take a max of 2-3 days to get the connection..and Ive already had all the resources, wifi router, feasible airtel line to neighboring homes, if he would have said me its going 2 take a while.. no prob, i would have thought to pay when its ready.he's got my license id, rental agreement, and a sum of rs/-1400 (impatient 399 plan).really am impatient now, and till now i haven't got my connection..is airtel focusing only on money or customer satisfaction, am working in a studio and i download tons of presets for ae. so i desperately need an broadband conn.., data card is not my choice..if this is not airtel's fault but that guys.. why would they spoil their name by recruiting such ppl.there's no proper response when i call him, what choice do i have..
my CUSTOMER ENROLLMENT FORM no: 1157735, i think I'll sue airtel if they could do anything abt it in a week..
and there's no feasible bsnl connection here, its only sh** i get here..
