Issues with airtel broadband

I took a new Airtel connection on 28th April. It worked fine for 2 days, however since then I have been facing issues one after the other.

May 1st- No link. Complaint given. Do not have the complaint number for this one. No action taken

May 3rd- Another complain given : 45938162 -- again no action taken. I called on 4th again and took the number of the technician. On asking he simply, said, that it comes under the warranty period of installation team and they are not concerned. They should have passed it on to installation team, however, dont know what happened. I went thru my call logs, called the installation guys and they said, some part needs to be replaced at the back end and they replaced it.

Not a single call/communication was from their end. Everytime, it was me who had to call and know the issue.

May 6th: Not able to download files. Gets disconnected while downloading. Complaint given: 46069466

No action till 9th March: The complaint was marked resolved on 9th May, with the comment, the technician had come to my place and re-configured the modem, etc. No one had visited. Reopened it. Kept following up to no avail. The installation team or the technical person didnot bother to pick up the call once they knew it was me calling them. Called multiple times to customer service in between. Escalation team gave assurance on 9th that, the connection will be fixed by 10th afternoon. And No one till 11th or the connection was not fixed. Escalated it to Nodal_officer, and got a response from them on 18th May. Some one came and fixed.

May 18th: Raised a request to buy a wifi modem/router. #46529082 I am yet to get it. No call yet from their side.

May 21st: No Link. Complaint # 46664712 . No response. called the new installation guy on 22nd who had showed up on 18th. He came visited the house in the evening. He said, splitter not working. connected direct. In the night again the link went down. Since then I am juggling with the wires, with splitter, without splitter, playing with wires, every time the link goes down.

Some one had again closed that complain, without even bothering to call me.

Now, what are the option I have got here? they have taken Rs.1300 in advance itself and I am yet to be billed for the full amount. I have not been able to use the connection without issues even for a week.

The customer support is the worst I have ever seen.
