Sir,

I am Manu Kant, using Airtel Broadband connection (Number: 0120 - 4261268) since May 26. When i applied for airtel broadband connection one the sales person came to collect my all the documents and amount. I have given him all the docs and amount but thing is that he filled my Customer Enrollment Form (CEF) by himself and when he gave the copy of my CEF at my home and at that time i was in my office. Now i have made so many calls to Customer care department but they are not taking any action against him. And now they have barred my all the services. Please take an appropriate action ASAP otherwise i have to go to the consumer court.
