Not disconnecting

First of all there is no where to place a dis connect request for Airtel broadband... I have gone thru their painful menu options multiple times the operators redirect from one to other saying they are not the dept to accept disconnect requests...

Finally I have decided that I stop paying my monthly bills so that they will disconnect... Here started a new story... they call me for my non payment of monthly bill and I ask them please disconnect my connection and I will pay the balance amount... they say that they are not the concerned dept to accept disconnection requests... one nice operator after so many troubles advised me to send an email to 121@airtel.in. Even after sending the email there was no response from Airtel and my connection is still not disconnected. I have no other option now to complain here and stop all the payments...
