Net speed is less then 1 mbps

Sir my number is 42918482 airtel broadband connection.i has taken it before 6 days.when i thad taken it service provider said that the speed will be 2 mbps upto 10 gb download but afetr one day its speed has been lessd and become 046 mbps.and my complaints number is 48447832.so kindly help me... my mobile number is 90436626567.i called customer care but no any one has received... so please help
