FAKING CUSTOMERS

I applied for Airtel wifi Broadband connection on 3rd July. A person named Abbasali came to my flat and took my original rental agreement saying he needed it to get it stamped by Notary, passport Xerox, photograph and Rs 1050 of the plan saying that he is going to return back the original rental agreement the following day and connection will be provided within 4 days. Since then I am calling him and he is not responding to my call. I talked to Miss Sharweela K who sits at Maruti Infotect Centre, Inner Ring Road, Bangalore. She gave me number of Vinay and that person gave me number of his manager named BNoy. Whenever I spoke to BNoy he said by end of day you will get back your original Rental Agreement and now he is also not picking up my call. Then I called up at the number mentioned in your Airtel Brochure and that person is also stating that madam you will get back your original Rental agreement. No one is taking up the responsibility. Everyone is just passing on and customer care of airtel is good at registering complaints and least bothered about resolving the issue. I never expected to receive service from a brand like Airtel which says it to be number 1 brand. It is just busy in making new customers and unable to handle the existing customers base.
