One of my friend told that Airtel is giving good service and that makes me to think for a connection in the place of BSNL. I have made my booking July 14 and was promised that i will be getting the connection by 25th July. But till today I have not get the connection. All the cable and wiring works have been completed in couple of days yet no connection. Your representative Mr. Rahman (his contact number: 8056624007) had interacted with me in the beginning and my attempt to contact him was failure for the past 3 weeks. Then I was able to reach Mr. Ashok (contact number :9003499274) and he updated me with a story for allotment of phone number and he promised me that the connection will be given before the end of August 06. August 08 has been reached and I have not get my connection nor a courtesy call from your representative for the delay.
Give me an answer to my simple question. ARE YOU GOING TO GIVE THE CONNECTION TO ME OR NOT? I do not want to hear any more stories. Hope you understand what I mean. Is this the way you are giving new connection. After paying the amount for the connection, you are expecting that the customer should beg for the connection?
