No response for any complaint and false promises and fake bills

Hi,
On 28th May we applied for a transfer of my IPTV connection along with broadband from Gurgaon to Noida, They disconnected the connection by making sure all outstanding bills paid.
For 45- 50 days we continuosly and approximately daily called Airtel customer care and to the people whose numbers were given but they said "Port is not open for you connection so not possible."and again for june we are getting call to pay bill however there is no connection with us.
After this another guy came to us saying " Sir/Madam, transfer team has closed your case, now please apply a new connection and this will solve your problem and you will get connection in 3 days" We did this having no choice and paid a check of rs 500.again
after 3rd day we called and asked about connection, and guy said pls wait for next 3 days.we again started this process of calling daily 2-3 times and finally we asked them not to connect and reimburse 500 Rupees, now they came and connected after 20 -25 days now it is August 12th already.
This connection worked only for 1 day and phone line and broadband both stopped working, we again called them up and logded complaitns 10 times (by the record) each time for approximately 40 minutes (due to hold and all from customer care) every time they promise a time and date and then we keep on waiting and nor response comes. and now we will have a bill for this month with no usage since it worked only for a day.
We seriously request to have a strict action, they have made us literally MAD for this connection we have wasted so much money on calls and for this transfer and again for a new connection which initially they promised that transfer is easyliy done with only 300 charged.
Can you please take a strict action to make them realise that some authority is there to keep track of there such nonsence with customers?
