Hi,
I have approached Mr. Naresh (56A, Mettu Street Lane, Villivakkam, Chennai-49) to get a new Airtel Broadband connection on 24th Aug and gave them a 1000rs as advance. I still not received any proper response from them as well as their MANAGER. Whenever I call them, they'll simply say that they'll sort out this issue ASAP. But it happens on a routine basis and they're just keep extending or delaying it. I kinda feel like losing some valuable money. This is my last try before going out for a HIGHER OFFICIAL to sue AIRTEL on Court. Kindly do the needful to resolve this issue.
