Airtel broadband/landline not working

Hi All,

Please never ever try to take Airtel boradband connection..I have taken this connection about 24 days back and it is down since last 10 days..it was down for 7 days after installation date also..so effective it worked only 6/7 days.

I have called up airtel customer care but no action has been taken so far. at times they close your ticket without resolving and put some dummy comments... its a never ending process with them... Now my 2000 Rs are stuck with them for connection and pre paid rent..and my work is also affected.

Mr Sunil mittal if you see this... pls wake up..airtel is no more a good trust worthy company... I am sure it has lost that brand value and customer service is worst now in...
