Problem in speed

Respected Sir,

My name is GEET NAGAR. I am using your airtel broadband plan of 799 (unlimited).during initial installation i was told only downloading

upto 8gb you will be getting speed of 512kbps and beyong that your speed will be reduced to 256.They also told me that surfing and browsing will be free but now from the last month they are considering surfing and browsing in downloading that is they are telling me that now surfing and browsing are now included in downloading. I have been cheated i want you to take action against them otherwise i am removing your broadband plan
