Delay in cancellation

Sir we had made complain for cancellation of airtel broadband service for land line number 08244259218 on 28the nov as service was not upto the mark. but till date it has not been disconnected and we are receving only bill every month, customer care person are not taking it seriously and making us fool every-time, now theey are asking us to pay bill of 1805 rs otheerwise theey wont disconnect. sir as we had made complain on 28the nov n theey delayed in cancellation so it is not our fault. so kindly look into thee matter and take it seriously hope for better reply and positive reply
