Airtel Broadband
New connection

Hi, I have subscribed for a new Airtel broadband connection on the 12th of March .. i was promised the connection within 3 working days .. it has been a week and the connection has still not been installed .. I have visited the Airtel consumer store several times over the last week. The Airtel Employees have been promising the connection everyday but no such luck yet .. Everyday the same response is provided that they would connect the connection by the end of the day but so far nobody has called or provided any response regarding the connection. I have wasted a lot of time and several calls regarding the same .. i was under the impression that Airtel had good customer support but it is pathetic these days.
