Airtel Broadband connection
Not getting bills

I am using an airtel internet connection no is 01145140991, with regard to this i am not getting bills on my address, where airtel ppl has disconnected my connection . dis time i went to airtel o ffice and made the payment but still i want the concession for 8 days wen net was not working.
