Airtel Broadband Connection Cancellation
Cancellation requested long back and yet no response. Getting bill even when I am not using it

Respected Sir,

I, Ranjit Chandrasekharan, was using Airtel Broadband connection for a long time. Recently a few months, I send in a request to get it disconnected and it was promptly acknowledged whereupon I paid the outstanding amount too. After a month, I get a message in my mobile no: 9849913384 stating I have to pay Rs. 178. Till now, I have not got any confirmation regarding cancellation and even after repeated requests for the executive to come and collect the equipment, it has fallen upon deaf ears. I would like to make a formal complaint regarding the same and would like to request Airtel Broadband authorities to do the needful by confirming my cancellation. I have had a friend who had to settle the dues because he made the mistake of not getting the confirmation for his cancellation even though he had requested the cancellation almost five to six months back.
