Complaint about the bill rage before the conection

Dear sir,

I have complaint against the bill making by airtel is 11April to 10 may but I have taken the conection on 20th April why should the bill is rage on 11 April the bill no 695235404 and the account no 16491357

please register the compalint of my account and sent the actual bill which date I have taken the conection has been taken.
