That i am having Airtel broadband internet connection.in the month of October my internet and landline was not working for more than 6 days (between1-14oct).i made complaint so many times with Air tel customer care regarding not working of internet and land line phone but each time they gave me false promise that airtel internet is not working in whole punjab and chandigarh region becouse of some technical problem in exchange.i paid all my dues and requested that i am not keen interested in air tel and i am shifting it to BSNL so kindly close or wind up my airtel account. Next day i got a call from some senior executive of airtel and requested me to dont close AIRTEL Broadband &landline service and promised me to give monthly plan equal to BSNL .and promised me that waiving off late fee charge of around rs 220, he also promised me that if i pay 1500 hundered in advance than one wi-fi ll be given to me and this 1500 hundered ll be adjusted in next two billing circle.i called more than 50 time airtel customercare but till date they are not in position to sort out my grievances.i talked with Momita (ref no40066996) Swati refrence no 40502250, Preeti, Ankurand many more and now again my broadband and landline is not working from 3 rd december.
