AIRTEL Broadband/IPTV
POOR QUALITY RECEPTION/SERVICE

DEAR SIR,

For the last one month we are facing problem with Broadband/ IPTV, as well we have been trying to lodge a complaint with Airtel but always the lines are busy/ netwok is busy.

The complaint we wanted to lodge is poor quality of sound in IPTV and internet has gone too slow even sometimes it stops working.

If there is any problem within the or inside machines are we to suffer.

Please also let me have a reply that are we laible to make payment this month's bill.
