Delay in installation

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I regret to inform that the services offered by airtel are not as per expectation.

I had applied for a new connection on 25/07 with Mr. Basudeb Adhikari, from Salt Lake, Kolkata - 64 branch, but till today 10/08 the said connection has not been installed in my premises.

I was also not provided with any application number to track the status of my request.

After continous followup with Mr. Basudeb and his superior Mr. Rajeev it was assured that the connection will be installed immediately, still the Airtel team is asking for more time.

In this competive industry if this is the service available with Airtel, then I am sorry I am not interested in taking up the connection and will find other operators to help me out with the services.
