Complain regarding broad band services | MENTALLY THREATNING ME AS A CUSTOMER

I am completely frustrated with the service now a days given by airtel. Though I am Airtel customer since last 6 years, never faced such a pathetic situation. In last 6 months I have raised aprox 20 complains, few are listed below for the reference. Almost every evening I am calling the customer care and asking update on my complain. Some time they say ticket is resolved and some time your ticket is in reopen state very soon some back end person get in touch with you and will resolve the problem. But nothing is going forward since 28th Oct. Mean while I had call with supervisor as well in the customer care, he also repeated same response.
