Abnormal bill amount

I had booked 1 Airtel Broadband service in the MO December. Since then, I've hardly used it for more than 1 hr per day as the speed of the connection is as slow as a snail's pace. The connectivity is so slow that it takes more than 2 minutes to open up a complete webpage. As a result, I didn't use it for quite a number of days. But recently I received a bill for the MO February & March which amounts to around Rs 14, 000 which is quite unbelievable as they claim to have given me a 50 % discounted rate on that amount. When I contacted them and asked them the reason for such a huge amount, they didn't pay any heed to my complaint and threatened me with legal consequences if I don't pay the bill on time. They also didn't bother to send me the itemised bill of the above mentioned amount, even though I repeatedly told them to do so.
Hence I've decided to sue them and file a consumer harrassment case against them. Requesting you to kindly forward my case to Consumer forum.
