Airtel Broadband Servisec Issue

I had asked for disconnection of my internet and fixed line no.4207057 Jan- 2010.I keep calling Airtel helpline who keep assuring me that it is under process.

Somebody came and collect modem and Phone receiver. I paid full month charges also same updated to customer care. Now I received again bill and charge Notice from Airtel.
