Incorrect billing and unauthorised download

This is with reference to my recent bill for my broad connection.
Sir, I am having night 9 to morning 8 unlimited usage - 560 PLAN. I called up
airtel in October - 198 / 121 and complained that there is a unusual increase
in my bill and requested the officer to check the details.
He confirmed that there was a erroneous bill generated for my account as they have not checked my plan correctly. Further, he told that the issue has been taken with the billing department and to make payment of Rs.475.00 (which is exclusive of my late fee which I paid the previous month).
I paid 475.00 and the officer assured that the bill will be rectified as the
error was from your side.
Later I was shocked to receive a bill with description Previous balance :3702.00 Payments - Nil and This month Charges 6727.20 Total
= 10429.00
during day time as I totally do not have time for it. I have used my DSL /
Broad band connection during ninght (which is free). There is a unauthorised billing. When i alled airl tey are saying if system is on the amount will be billed. I have not swithced on my pc n the moringin.
After a long wait I am forwarding this mail to you, request you to check this issue on priority basis and help me in sorting this complaint
