AIRTEL BROADBAND STATIC IP
STATIC IP GOES DEAD FROM 11.00PM TO 6.00 AM EVERYDAY AND SUNDAYS IT DOES NOT WORK CAUSING ME BUSINESS LOSS

I am for the last 3 months continuosly facing a problem that my static IP stops working everyday at night from 11.00pm to 6.00am, but never an issue in the day time. On sundays also most of the times it has a problem. On enquiring they there is no issue.

I have been regularly sending mails to the nodal officer with attachment of the screen shots of the issue. But no response. I have been asking them for the details of the downtime as per their recording system, no response.

Today 10/04, the airtel complaint center executive informed me that my IP has been blocked at three servers for spaming complaints. For your information I do not have any email ID configured on my machine.

I have doubts that somebody is misusing my static IP by blocking my access at night and on sundays.

Nobody at airtel is ready to escalate the matter to the seniors, neither they are giving me any direct contact details of their seniors.
