Exess billing

My name is arvinder singh arora, r/o m1 /d5 jhulelal society pitam pura, delhi.

i am using brodband scervice of airtel from last some time and paying bill at time, .always my bill dosnt cross rs800-900/-inr.

this time they have sent bill more than rs 3500 .

which facility i have not used, i tried to make a complaint on 121 but they denied to regerter it.now i am not using internet of airtel from last, month but still they are billing it.

please look for my complaint.

take action as erlyer as posible.
