Ohit frm airtel broadband retension deprtmnt commited me for the 3months free 3000rs speedondemand and gave me a refrnce no. 213073363, which is nt a valid refrence no, i got to know it later, its a case of froad and i`ll sue airtel for this, no one can cheat a cust.rahul told me to that he can nt transfer my call to retension depertment.
