Dissconection of numbe

Sir,

i am sumit bhartia, was using airtel broadband services, and i am not satisfied from it.

my airtel broadband no:- 011-43091127

my internet is not working from last one week. i am paying then for monthly to them.

i compaint to customer care executive on regular basis.

but no solution made till now. then i ask to cancel my number, they refuse to take a request. they are arruging. i many time hyper on them but still no cancellation request is made.

they arrgue with me for plenty of hours.

in a customer care they charge me also to call to airtel customer care. they put me on hold.

now i want to discontinue my connection.

so now why i am liable to pay them any futher cost, as my connection is not working and i request them to cancel my number but they not doing that also.

now tell me what should i do.
