Horrible service!

Always would get bills with previous balance showed as unpaid whereas bill payment made regularly. Hathway agrees to their mistake month after month saying the entry was skipped but the staff is so useless, nothing till date has been updated the matter is pending from February 07. Finally I cancel the my connection and they agree to get the error rectified and refund the deposit but I get to know the refund is only half the amount cause my account [60806] yet shows an unpaid bill.

After all this they keep saying call this person, that department, we don't know etc etc... Absolutely disgusted, the company will very soon be dragged to the consumer court for harassing customers.
