Connection disconnected because of u r fault

My account no. is 210757

i have taken the blast 512 package

i already payed for 6 months

but because of hathway got some problem they disconnect our connection

this is their fault

so plz do connection as soon as possible

we called them many times

they are not responding properly

we are thinking for going police complent if your also not responsing to us.
