Not getting internet service

Dear sir,

i am an airtel costmer. my mob. no. is 09840412189. i got a messege from airtel company on 30:11:2009 for GPRS SERVICE. so i recharged rs95 and resquested for GPRS. but now the company tells me that i can't start enternet in my mobile.i have LAVA handset KK22 which is maltimedia &web service handset.
