Hi,
We applied for Airtel broadband new connection in Bangalore. They said, as port is not available in our area, they can not give the connection also they said they will refund the amount which i paid within 3 weeks.
But i've not yet received my amount. I contacted cutomer care ..every time they take a compaliant and they will tell..our technical department people will get back to you.then their executives called us and told that they've dispatched our amount DD.But we haven't received our amount.
Could you please tell me how can i proceed in this regard?
Can i file a case in consumer court?
