Unregistered use

I was purchase AIRTEL prepaid connection on jun mobile no. 9958282620 sim no. 8991100802116273079 and pay Rs.99/- and recharged Rs. 295/- to actived & vaildated till 2014 and submitted documents ID & Address proof again this number, in the period august to nov not use this number but AIRTEL same number allotted to other subscriber user and block my sim number. I have speak to customer care they are not given positive reply,

In this condition what i will do, Please advise to me.
