Abusing language used by customer care staff and services activated in my number without my permission

I am anoop from rishikesh... i have airtel prepaid sim and mobile office service activate in my mobile automaticaly and than i call customer care he is not give me sufficient reason and transfer call to seniour and that guy used abusing with me and activated many services in my number and now my balance was nill... they told me we are from okhala customer care centre in delhi
