Neither got connection nor my deposit back

I am Dr. Niket Rajput.

My address is-

15/5, Adarsh Meghdoot Nagar,

Nr. Rashoma Square, Vijaynagar, Indore (M.P.)

I have deposited Rs.1000 on 14th dec, 1009 to airtel executive for the connection of broadband internet.

At the time of taking money they didnt told me that there is no cable line in my area.

They took money and after a week when I got fedup of calling that person I told him to return my deposit.

The executive told that he will return.

but till now neither I got connection nor my deposited money is refunded.

Please help me.
