Services are not working despite payment

Hi, I paid the airtel bill at time but it was not updated because their system was down. I have receipt number with me. They disconnected my services because my payment is not reflected in thier system. I suffered loss of services for almost 20days. I provided them payment receipt number many times but its not updated in their systems. Already had three request for the same issue. Now airtel wants me to pay for the time when my services were not working because of their system problem. Please let me know what should I do in this case. Now also they deactivated my services one or another day, Can you please help?
