Poor usb net connection

I live in kandivali (w), charkop sector 8. i got a airtel 3G dial up connection on 14th of jan. my complaint is that company demand 234kbps surffing speed bt i get only 30 kbps max 56kbps surffing speed, nd thats why i cant get the full service of the connection. so i want concession for this poor service of the company. below i mention the details of company provided modem and connection service.
