Egarding mobile internet bill dispute

I was a customer of your post-paid cellular service mobile no. 9878472917 since May & there was no problem at all from both sides. In April, 09 a problem risen due to excess billing of internet charges Rs 2763/- for one day. I requested so many times to the customer care center to wave off the excess charges laid down in the bill, but there was little response from there end. Thus I have to stop the usage of this connection. In July I received a call in my new number from the customer care Airtel Mohali to pay your call charges and other excess charges will be waved off. Accordingly I paid Rs 1000/- wide receipt no 11599 on dated 20-7-09 as last & final payment and not provided the NOC.

It is very much regretted that your office has been sent to me a legal notice for a payment of a Rs of 3484/- in spite of the matter settled by making payment of Rs 1000/-.

Than i talked to Legal advisor Mr. Karambir singh. (9815049317) and I send a request latter on dated 30/9/09 through tranckon courier no.161410589 for settleing case as discuss with him & i will see ur case. But he neither reply or nor respond. In January I received a call from Airtel lawyer Mr. R.K Sharma (9888627864) come & presnt in the Lok Adalat court. These pepole are blackmailing me. Then i talked to Mr. Karmbir he told me i am on leave & will talk to you after two day but no response is coming. after 15 day call received from Mr R.K sharma that we despatch the suman, than again talk to mr. karmbir he told me u just 75% amount & i will give u NOC without study my case. Than I said ok i am ready to pay but u just mail me but ever amount i pay. After that i have not received any mail from his side.

Sir, Its terrible. Its cheating with customer and feel no responsibility towards the customer.plz study my case thoroughly and shotout my billing dispute as soon as possible
