Not providing internet connection

I have paid the registration fee on 25th of january but still i dont get any connection of internet in my home.

i talked to them per day basis on phone and visited their Gole ka mandir (Gwalior) office for enquiry but every time they said tomorrow we will provide you your connection.

what to do now and how to resolve it, because now i am tired and already waste my money.
