Hi I have recently subscribed for Airtel Internet Datacard which promised of 256kbps at the rent of Rs. 999 p.m. from January.
Right from the first day I have not been receiving more than 20-25 kbps. Inspite of repeated complaints and docket numbers (30487939, 30694458) there hasn't been much promising progress from Airtel's side. I would like to take stringent action against the false proclamations of Airtel.
I have decided not to pay the outstanding bill for the obvious lack of network, for which they were very prompt in disconnecting.
I remain hugely disappointed and I expect a prompt action on this.
Failing which I would like to you to assist me in filing a legal case against the aforementioned.
