No connection even after 10 days

I have paid 750 rs. for broadband connection. they said me a defaulter which is wrong & i have cleared this matter to them.but until now they have not provided me broadband connection.i have deposited rs. 750 on 10 march but until now their is no response.they have taken my original electricity bill & now not returning it.as this bill is necessary for me to get refund from mp electricity board.
