I had traken one Airtel Broad band/TEL NO-4125816 connection in the year 2007 and used the services regularly. Due to some unavoidable circumstances i had to stop it in nov. I had takenRs- 999.00 programme and i was happy with that plan but their executives changed that plan and there after frequently they were changing my plan as per their wish just to keep me misguded to flatened their billing.i was paying regularly.since my billing got inflated fromRs 1200 per month to even 5000 per month due to bad offering of their plans they were frequently changing plans so that their billing cycle should be ok.

I had firmly decided to cancel my connection and requested them at 123 call center in 10th nov and 14th nove.but despite my repeated reminders they have not disconnected my connection again my plan changed and again no respite for billing. i again lodged several request to cancel my connection till may 31st 2010. there is huge compliant request no- are with me but they have not cancelled my connection. i failed to understand why they are sending me bills when i have requested to cancel my connection.

they have deliberately done this. this shows that how irresponsible are these people and there is no action plan against the complaints lodged in their call center.they are asking for the money. when till april they had not cancel my connection i had stoped payment than only they had temporarily hold up my connection. iam asking them to reduce my bill and rental charges as ithey have not taken timely action and not reacted to my request.is there any responsible person in AIRTEL to solve my problem and take action against the concern person who was not willing to cancel my connection despite my repeated request?
