Hello sir,

my name is ramesh gupta and i am a customer of ur airtel prepaid service... my no is 8800339164...

sir .on 18th of may i hve a balance of across 38 rs or something ..but now today it show nil balance... i called ur customer care they told me that balance is cut it for browsing... but i am using moblie office and i hve 2gb memory and it was not fully ended i am not using any airtel live service... although it is activated . can u explain me why u deducted my balance... plz i am eager to know why u deducted my balance on the name of browsing charges instead of i hve some memory in my moblie office... i hope u will give me answer as possible u can... my email id is ramesh.gupta076@gmail.com
