Unknown procedure

Airtel GPRS service has put a balance of Rs.2000 without any notice in my

handset (seem no.--8011564347). When I tried to get connected with Airtel customer care I

didn't get any answer. They create a unknown entry system (123) whenever I tried to have

connection with Airtel GPRS customer care.

Please have a check on this matter.
